Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta or with crusty bread.

Classic Beef Tacos Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with the beef mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately.

Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and cooked according to package instructions
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the quinoa mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
